Maintenance Contract

Maintenance Technicians

Starting Base Pay $25.00 plus License incentives $2.50 for Airframe and $2.50 for Powerplant.

Maintenance Controllers

Starting Base Pay $39.19 includes license incentive. Shift Differential, Travel and Per Diem.

Material Specialists

Starting Base Pay $17.67. Shift Differential, Travel, and Per Diem.

Training

One of our values is Outcome Based – always striving to be better. To do that, we are always learning and training. We have two state-of-the-art training facilities: one in Las Vegas, Nevada; and the other in Sanford, Florida, complete with flight simulators, inflight training equipment and classrooms for crew members and maintenance technicians. We expect the best results from our team, so we provide all the tools you need to succeed through in-person trainings, as well as an innovative and interactive online catalog.
