We have two state-of-the-art training facilities – one in Las Vegas, Nevada and the other in Sanford, Florida – complete with flight simulators, inflight training equipment and classrooms for Crew Members and Maintenance Technicians. We hate the rumor mill and we value Transparency – one of our eight core values. We have a variety of options that open two-way communication and feedback. Our senior leadership team hosts a town hall once a quarter to answer questions, give feedback and hear what matters most to our team members. Our Team Member survey provides a window into areas we are doing well in and where we may need to improve. Our business model is strong and always adapting in innovative ways to be more efficient, improve on-time performance or increase revenue. Many of those ideas come from team members through a Share Innovation program. From who should win “cutest pet” in our monthly online photo contest to which new item should be added to our swag store to even naming our safety slogan, your opinion matters!

Team Member Outreach

A great benefit of being an Allegiant Team Member is being offered many opportunities to engage with local communities. We hold school supply drives, form local sports teams, visit schools to speak to students about aviation careers, collect food for local food banks, and participate in dozens of other activities driven by our passionate Team Members.

Corporate Giving

Allegiant’s Corporate Giving program is focused on supporting three core areas that make a difference in communities we serve and prioritize causes that are important to us as a company. These areas include:

  • Making travel possible for those facing serious medical challenges – such as Make-A-Wish and Wings for Autism.
  • Enabling community safety, preparedness and recovery – such as Red Cross.
  • Promoting STEM education and access to careers in the aeronautical sciences – including career days and Girls in Aviation events.
