Summary The Product Manager I is responsible for supporting product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and assisting in the execution of Agile development processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product enhancements, track performance metrics, and ensure successful feature delivery. Working in an Agile environment, the Product Manager I plays a key role in translating business needs into actionable user stories and contributes to iterative product improvements. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Years of Experience:  Minimum one (1) year of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field. •Foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and development teams. •Basic experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. •Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. •Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. •Basic knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and user journey mapping. •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Requirements •Experience in eCommerce, travel, aviation, or SaaS-based product development. •Scrum Product Owner Certification (SPOC) or Agile-related training. •Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. •Experience using product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. •Exposure to software development concepts and APIs. Job Duties •Assist in defining and refining the product vision and roadmap. •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document user stories. •Work closely with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlog items. •Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities. •Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. •Support the testing and validation of new product features before deployment. •Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success. •Assist in preparing presentations and reports on product performance and updates. •Communicate with customer support teams to gather feedback and identify product improvements. •Work with business teams to ensure smooth product rollouts. •Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction. •Other duties as assigned. Office/IT - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24 hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
