This individual contributor role is responsible for key relationships inside and outside of the organization. The Cash Manager will coordinate key business decisions related to company banking relationships, cash management and forecasting, and cash investment relationships and strategic directives. This position will be responsible for all segments of and will interface with others throughout the organization on a wide range of productivity improvement, cost-containment and other goals and objectives for the Treasury department.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Certification Details: CPA preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years' related experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•Excellent verbal and written communication to prepare and present recommendation to higher management.
•Proficient in Excel (including modeling and forecasting).
•Strong mathematical and analytical acumen.
•Ability to use analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills, with an investigative approach to problem solving.
•Ability to communicate and liaise with colleagues at all levels in and outside of Allegiant.
•Thorough Knowledge of GAAP.
•Demonstrated experience in capital forecasting and planning.
•Demonstrated experience with investment instruments and key metrics.
•Ensures optimal funding of various bank and investment accounts to minimize fees and maximize returns.
•Manages and maintains short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
•Works cross departmentally to understand cash requirements for capex and various operational groups.
•Reviews and oversees FX transactions required for capital purchases (executed by accounting department).
•Manages working relationships with various banks and investment account managers.
•Reviews company letters of credit and works with banking partners to minimize any associated expenses.
•Supports Accounting and Tax departments as necessary to ensure control compliance.
•Validates interest charges on company loans.
•Supports Accounting department in review of short-term and long-term debt classification.
•Assists with administration of asset management subsidiary and overseas special purpose entities.
•Performs administrative duties related to secured warehouse revolver facility and aircraft secured bank debt.
•Provides regular reporting on performance of cash/investment accounts.
•Ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
•Supports and maintains an appropriate internal control environment.
•Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction
•Other duties and special projects as assigned

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
