Summary There are several programs within the Allegiant Stations Department, including Deice/Anti-Ice, Fuel, and the Aircraft Cleaning & Appearance Standards Program. The Stations Programs Specialist works within the Stations Programs Team, which includes the Sr Manager of Stations Programs and two (2) Stations Programs Specialists. The Stations Programs Specialist’s duties and responsibilities are to facilitate overall compliance and maintenance of each program. The Stations Programs Specialist assists in daily, monthly, and annual tasks for each program. These tasks include, but are not limited to, training compliance, providing & implementing training, product ordering and invoice processing. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Years of Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of airline operations experience preferred.   •Must be disciplined and perform without coaching to execute station initiatives and approve changes to Stations Training material. •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. •Well-developed planning and organizational skills. •Ability to attend and successfully complete required training. •Ability and willingness to travel (up to 25% required). •Ability to work in a sometimes-stressful environment. •Well-developed planning, time management, and organizational skills in order to accomplish required goals and objectives. •Team approach and positive attitude. •Command of reasoned, measured decision-making based upon analysis of the facts as well as the pros and cons of each potential decision. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals. •Strong communication skills – must be comfortable with engaging in written and verbal presentations including active participation in meetings, conference calls, training events, and seminars as required. •High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software. •Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Requirements •Knowledge of ATA Specification 103 Fuel Quality Jet Standards & NFPA 407 Standard for Aircraft Fuel Servicing. •Knowledge of IATA/IOSA. •Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations related to deicing & fueling programs. •Knowledge of aircraft cleaning. Job Duties •Monitor and maintain daily deice/anti-ice, fuel, & cleaning quality and compliance reports (training, services, KPI’s, and policies). •Ensure contracted deicers, fuelers, cleaners identity accounts are accurate and maintained accordingly. •Ensure all deicer, fueler, & cleaner training records are maintained, updated, and compliant per the respective program. •Update Allegiant internal system to accurately reflect contracted deice and fuel vendor’s approval status. •Review and verify contracted deice vendor’s required preseason submissions (i.e. regulatory training records, fluid testing results, equipment documentation, etc.). •Assist in maintaining the Allegiant Deice/Anti-Ice Program Manual, Allegiant Fuel Servicing Manual, & Allegiant Aircraft Cleaning and Appearance Standards Program Manual. •Assist in maintaining the training programs for the Allegiant Deice/Anti-Ice Program, Allegiant Fuel Servicing Program, & Aircraft Cleaning and Appearance Standards Program. •Assist with reviewing internal Deice/Anti-ice, Fuel, & Aircraft Cleaning and Appearance Standards audit responses. •Assist in performing and analyzing root causes of identified areas of non-conformance to mitigate areas of risk. •Assist in preparing audit reports and assists with corrective action plans to ensure that corrective actions are properly identified and implemented. •Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations Control, and local base operations to ensure scheduling of Ultra and Exterior cleans are completed within outlined timeframes. •Assist with annual deice trainer preseason training sessions. •Assist with deice preseason readiness calls. •Interface with various departments throughout the company regarding policies, maintaining consistency, and communication in manuals and employee communication. •Provide guidance on program subject-matter to employees and contracted vendors. •Assist in the development and editing of deice/anti-ice, fueling, & cleaning training, policy, and procedures. •Assist with large cleaning and cabin appearance projects. •Order and track Glycol and cleaning product. •Process deice/anti-ice and aircraft cleaning invoices for payment. •Serve a dual role as a qualified Stations Trainer, Cross Utilized Station Agent, and Corporate Deice Trainer. •Travel to various locations throughout the year to build and maintain contracted vendor relationships, deliver required training sessions, and ensure overall compliance with the Allegiant Deice/Anti-Ice Program, Allegiant Fuel Servicing Program, and Allegiant Aircraft Cleaning & Appearance Standards Program. •Assist HQ team with projects as requested. •Act as the Sr Manager of Stations Programs designee as necessary. •Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction. •Other duties as assigned. Airport Agent - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb and use hands and fingers to operate various types of tools and equipment (i.e. hand trucks, carts, ramps, tugs, etc.). May be required to lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. and to push and/or pull up to 300 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to heights, small spaces, extreme noise (i.e. airport with planes, vehicles, and other machinery), temperature, wind, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to crawl in and out of small spaces for extended periods of time. Ability to wear personal protective gear. Some travel may be a requirement of the role. Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
