Summary
The Stores Implementation Master Trainer and Tester performs data and process validation, and regression testing for all Stores Department related functions in coordination with the Trax Core team. The Trainer and Tester also assists with developing the training procedures and train end users to perform all relevant operations for all Stores Department positions.
The Stores Implementation Master Trainer and Tester must be qualified through experience in the business processes related to Stores, system, and procedures. They coordinate and perform system testing for all Stores department processes in the MRO system. They report on testing performance of the Trax system and work with the Trax system team to overcome any system failures. They are responsible for the efforts of testing, process adaptation, and initial training pertaining to Stores department. The Trainer and Tester collaborates with the Stores’s leadership team for all aspects of the Trax implementation for continuity of implementation processes. They perform timely reporting on any challenges or hurdles that may be faced during the testing and training for immediate and timely resolution. They assist the Trax system team to periodically review the progress of the implementation process to help overcome challenges. This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Training, Material and Supply Operations or related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience in System Testing or Training.
• Strong intellect and aptitude desired, along with the ability to manage multiple and varied activities.
• Strong focus and ability to understand technical documentation within the Functional Requirements Document (FRD) and Business Review Process (BRP).
• Solid understanding of the Software operation and/or training processes.
• Ability to enter into technical dialogue and convey requisite information to various parties.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Firm understanding of Microsoft Office and Learning Management System.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for course development and re-development.
• Provide technical assistance to other departments as directed by Manager.
• Instructor experience in technical settings.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with technical systems report and enhancement.
• Experience with aviation maintenance, repair, and operational systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Requirements
• Experience with using Trax MRO systems.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Job Duties
• Provide support and guidance for all aspects of the Testing and Training of the Trax ERP system.
• Perform all necessary activities required to meet the project testing and training timeline and coordinate with Trax for successful implementation.
• Coordinate the implementation training through the Stores related process changes and coordinate, as necessary, all changes with Stores Leadership.
• Coordinate with Trax Implementation Team to resolve and address various issues and challenges faced during the testing process.
• Coordinate with Stores Leadership to resolve and address various issues and challenges faced during the training process.
• Periodically present the Training process status and milestones with Stores Leadership.
• Perform training for all end users in Stores Leadership and at each Stores location. Report on the progress and success of training for each individual.
• Perform ongoing training to Stores employees for new hires.
• Assist in the development of a training program and material for the Stores team.
• Perform regression testing of the system prior to system go live.
• Assist with the formal testing of the Trax system prior to implementation into the production environment.
• Builds strong relationships with the project team, fostering collaboration and teamwork and assisting with the timely execution of the project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
