Summary The Leisure Products Market Coordinator assists the Leisure Products and Marketing teams with all facets of supplier partnerships. This includes the maintenance of Allegiant hospitality, attraction, etc. systems as it pertains to customer bookings and other transactions. The Leisure Products Market Coordinator assists the Leisure Products and Marketing teams with all facets of supplier partnerships. This includes the initial configuration and maintenance of Allegiant hospitality, attraction, etc. products via Allegiant systems pertaining to customer bookings and booking modifications (cancel, modify, etc.).  This position will require direct interaction with members of the Allegiant Customer Care / Call Center team, Accounting, and supplier partners to support day to day operations and to troubleshoot system or process issues. Day to day duties include data entry from partner sources (email, spreadsheet, etc.). Candidate will also assist in the determination and configuration of sales and promotions involving supplier inventory on the Allegiant website.  Visa Sponsorship Available No Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: High School Diploma/GED Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Leisure travel products. •Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to develop positive and effective relationships with supplier and business colleagues. •Well-developed research and analytical skills, complemented by business acumen and sound business judgement. •Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite / Applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. •Strong writing and communication skills. •Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. •Comfort with multitasking and handling multiple deadlines. Preferred Requirements •Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. •Experience in a customer service or operations-oriented role for an online marketplace and / or supplier management, preferably utilizing travel / hospitality technologies and applications. •Customer service and account management experience. •Experience troubleshooting and analyzing data regarding suppliers. •Experience with data entry. Job Duties •Support the Leisure Products and production teams with all aspects of supplier management. •Verify all non-automated hotel, attraction and ground transportation transactions & send to suppliers daily. •Assist with ongoing account projects and database processes. •In a timely and error free manner, load all agreements negotiated by Manager, Leisure Products. •Execute projects with suppliers, data, and content to optimize their performance within the distribution system. •Manage account data in company software platform tools and systems. •Assist Manager, Leisure Products on various projects. •Flexible work schedule to accommodate company operating hours. •Other duties as assigned. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
