The Corporate Development Analyst Intern will support senior management by analyzing the industry landscape and providing data driven insights in support of the company’s decision-making process. Along with daily responsibilities of analyzing and optimizing the corporate dealings of Allegiant Travel Company.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree recent graduate or currently pursuing degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, or related field. To be qualified to apply intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Ability to create spreadsheet models and produce relevant outputs.
Prior history of working with large data sets and extrapolating useful information.
Interest/experience in business, economics, and/or math.
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Wiliness to learn and explore.
Interest in Airline or transport industries.
Database and/or Tableau (or similar) experience.
Perform recurring or ad-hoc competitive, commercial, and operational analysis supporting a variety of departments including but not limited to finance, fleet, revenue, investor relations, and government affairs.
Assist in projects that require information collection, relevance, and synthesis of data to provide conclusions, alternative and actionable items, including reporting and ad-hoc analytical requests.
Analyze industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and complex data sets to inform strategy.
Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
