Summary
The Crew Pay Specialist is responsible for processing pay for our Pilots and Flight Attendants in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and the department's standard operating procedures.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Education Details: High School diploma or equivalent
Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience with crew, accounting, payroll, auditing, data analysis, or related experience.
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and Outlook.
•Excellent ability to focus on details with demonstrated accuracy and analytical skills.
•Ability to display the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
•Excellent time management skills and the ability to focus under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
•Experience working with labor groups and contracts.
•Experience with Ultipro/UKG.
Job Duties
•Process accurate payroll for all Pilots and/or Flight Attendants in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
•Provide customer service support by resolving issues and discrepancies brought forward by crew members.
•Process terminations for crew member’s final pay.
•Implement pay logic changes as directed by the Company.
•Analyze pay data and payroll submissions for accuracy.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is accurate for pay purposes.
•Process payroll adjustments for leaves of absence.
•Educate crew members on proper payroll rules and applications.
•Audit prior months and make pay corrections as necessary.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
