Summary
The Business Transformation Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and transformation programs within an organization. This position requires a deep understanding of business operations, process improvement methodologies, and change management practices. The Analyst works closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations for process optimization and organizational change. The Business Transformation Analyst synthesizes complex information, identifies trends and patterns, and communicates findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details: Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics and/or Computer Science, or related field.
•Airline or transport interest.
•Experience in business, economics and/or computer science.
•Ability to create spreadsheet models and produce relevant outputs.
•Strong systems skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
•Excellent critical thinker and effective problem solver with creative solutions.
•Manage time effectively in order to meet timelines across multiple projects.
•Detail oriented and highly organized.
•Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present to senior management.
•Deals well with and finds ways to decrease ambiguity.
•Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
•Results-driven; accepting responsibility for individual performance and contributions to team projects.

•Ability to query data from Microsoft SQL.
Job Duties
•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and transformation initiatives.
•Provide in-depth analyses of business results including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and communicate findings with senior management.
•Analyze data to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and develop recommendations for optimization.
•Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and transformation initiatives.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
•Identify and recognize leading market and industry trends and innovation for organization as areas of opportunity.
•Create and modify end to end flows from both a customer and business process perspective.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
