Summary
The Safety and Security Administrator provides support to Safety and Security leadership. The position assists with the coordination of safety and security activities and projects across the Allegiant system. This includes tracking meeting minutes, developing project trackers, and the procurement/distribution of department materials.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience:
Minimum three (3) years in an administrative position. Advanced education may count toward experience

•High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, automated programs).
Preferred Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Aviation, Business Administration, Project Management, etc).
•Airline operations experience.
•Program Management – demonstrated ability to research, create, plan, execute, and maintain specific goals and meet specific success criteria on specified projects.
•Problem Solving – demonstrated ability to identify issues, research, analyze, gather data, make recommendations, and take appropriate mitigating actions.
•Demonstrated problem solver and positive people skills.
Job Duties
•Coordinate a full range of various internal and external meetings and events, assisting with assembling agendas and event activities.
•Assist in the development of PowerPoint and other presentation materials.
•Work with the SMS Coordinator to insert and maintain accurate information on Company Intranet.
•Provide logistical and administrative support in safety and security promotion projects.
•Assist in monitoring of Safety and Security training course compliance.
•Coordinate with IT department on office equipment.
•Assist leadership with recruiting, hiring, and the coordination of annual budget.
•Work as third-party liaison for department regarding invoicing, marketing and other related duties.
•Assist with department expense tracking.
•Maintain meeting minutes, as required.
•Facilitate the department project tracker, ensuring data is current.
•Engage with procurement/vendors for purchasing and shipping of Safety and Security materials.
•Assist with invoice and payment reconciliation with vendors.
•Assist with the development and distribution of department related communications.
•Maintain confidentiality for items discussed in senior level meetings.
•Facilitate personnel administrative tasks on behalf for department leadership.
•Provide oversight of external reporting items, ensuring deliverables are being transmitted as required.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
