Summary The Stations Base Administrator will provide administrative and operations support to Stations Leadership as needed. Education:  High School Diploma/GED Years of Experience:  Minimum one (1) year of office or customer service experience Driver's License Yes • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment. • Highly organized with experience in multi-tasking responsibilities. • Diligent and observant, complex problem solver with excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to take on special projects as needed. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Ability to make discretional decisions. • Positive and professional demeanor. • Ability to maintain confidentiality is a critical requirement of the position. • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. • Ability to attend and successfully complete required training online and in-person. • Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to receive and understand instructions, directives, and ensure safety, as well as the ability to interact with customers, is a requirement of the job. • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, automated programs). Preferred Requirements • Bachelor's Degree. • Prior airline industry experience. Job Duties • Assist in the development of PowerPoint and other presentation materials. • Responsible for payroll, auditing payroll, and Hours per Turn tracking/reporting. • Electronic filing and controlling of Progressive Discipline Documentation. • Coordinating with LOA team at HQ concerning OJI, LOA documentation and return to work tracking. • Take the lead/handle shift trade/open shift approvals. • Complete daily duty rosters. • Serve as the point person for office administrator-related duties and services, including: shipping/mailing, purchasing, supply orders. • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships between all Stations personnel and supporting departments to include in Headquarters. • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. • Assist with written correspondence within the department • Support Regional Management team in follow-up of required administrative items. • Provide general support to visitors and guests. • Other duties as assigned.   Physical Requirements The Physical Demands and Work Environment described here are a representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the role. Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.   COVID-19 Vaccination National Mandate Allegiant requires all team members to complete a record in Allegiant’s Vaccination Tracking Tool.
